All face outside only. 🦌 Wildlife – This is a secluded, wooded property. Expect deer, bats, and other animals. 🐾 Pets – If you bring a dog, the $125 pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting “Yes” to pets. • Want to add an extra dog? Please message us for approval — an additional $125 pet fee applies and will be invoiced separately. • Please clean up after your pets and bring blankets/crates to protect furniture. 👥 Guest capacity – Up to 6 guests are included in the booking total at Whispering Pines. 🚗 Parking – Free parking for up to 4 vehicles on-site. • 🪪 Guest verification is required before arrival through our secure Hospitable guest portal. Verification includes a government-issued photo ID and identity confirmation. • 🛡 A refundable security deposit hold of $250 is required for Airbnb, direct bookings, or other booking platforms except VRBO prior to check-in.
